NOTICE

Montgomery County, Maryland (“County”) and 7676 NEW HAMPSHIRE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (“Landlord”) intend to renew the Lease by which the County leases approximately 2,689 rentable square feet of office space located at 7676 New Hampshire Ave., Takoma Park, Maryland 20912 (“Premises”). HHS’s vendor, Down County Youth Opportunity Center (“DCYOC”) occupies the Premises. The Lease Term extension shall be for a period of three (3) years and shall expire on October 31, 2029. The Annual Base Rent for the Premises shall be $28.50 per square foot, net of real estate taxes, with Annual Base Rent escalations of three percent (3%). The County is accepting the Premises in its “as-is” condition, except that the Landlord shall provide the County with a Tenant Improvement Allowance of $26,890.00. All other terms and conditions are the same as per the Lease.
