SHOW CAUSE ORDER

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Jaclyn Bennett Little, Administrator of the Estate of Ross Conklin Little, III, deceased, and of the debts and demands against his Estate have been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification of the Administrator;

IT IS SO ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate do show cause, if any they can, at 9:00 am on the 30th day of October 2026, before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the assets of the Estate of Ross Conklin Little, III, deceased, to the beneficiaries, without requiring refunding bonds;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Northern Virginia.
