STATESMEN COLLEGE PREPARATORY ACADEMY

FOR BOYS PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

Statesmen College Preparatory Academy for Boys PCS is a public charter school serving approximately 300 boys in grades 4–8 in Washington, DC. Statesmen seeks proposals from qualified K-12 student information system (SIS) vendors to provide, implement, migrate, integrate, train, and support a modern SIS for School Year 2027-28 and beyond. The selected SIS will serve as Statesmen's authoritative system of record for student and academic information and replace its current enrollment/re-enrollment process. It should reduce manual data entry, strengthen data quality and OSSE reporting, and improve family-facing workflows. Statesmen will prioritize reliable integrations, migration services, and ongoing support over feature count alone.

Interested vendors should email amandabloom@statesmenboys.org for the full scope of work. Proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on November 4, 2026. Please use the subject line "Proposal for a Student Information System." No phone calls or late responses, please.
