The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the Defendant on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart, without any cohabitation and without interruption, for more than one year.

It appearing from an affidavit filed in accordance with Virginia Code 8.01-316 that the Defendant, HYUN OK SHIN, a/k/a HYUN OK LEE, is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia; that the Defendant's present whereabouts are unknown; and that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the location of the Defendant without effect, the Defendant's last known address being 698-bun-gil 48, Hwa-seo-ju-gong Apt., 412-dong 1101-ho, Hwa-seo-dong, Pal-dal-gu, Suwon, South Korea 16428; it is therefore

ORDERED that the Defendant, HYUN OF SHIN, a/k/a HYUN OK LEE, appear before this Court on or before December 14, 2026, and protect her interests herein; and it is further

ORDERED, pursuant to Virginia Code 8.01-317, that this Order be published once each week for four (4) successive weeks in The Washignton Times, a newspaper prescribed by this Court and having general circulation in the City of Alexandria, Virginia; that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the courthouse of this Court; and that the Clerk mail a copy of this Order to the Defendant at her known address stated above. The cost of publication shall be paid by the Plaintiff.
