The object of this action is to obtain a divorce from the Defendant on the ground of having lived separate and apart for a period of more than one year.

It appearing by Affidavit of Plaintiff that the Defendant is not a resident of this Commonwealth, it is ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before the 17th day of November, 2026 and protect his interest herein.

And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia.

The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse and shall mail a copy of this Order to the Defendant, Sangki Han, at the post office address, if any, given in the Affidavit of Plaintiff filed herein.
