Owner’s Representative & Capital Project Management Services

Ingenuity Prep is seeking a qualified firm to provide Owner’s Representative and Capital Project Management services for a multi-phase facility improvement effort, including near-term facade needs and longer-term building modernization.

Qualified firms should demonstrate credible experience leading complex renovation projects in occupied buildings, strong owner-side leadership, appropriate technical expertise, and creative problem-solving.
