NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fairfax at its meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 7 p.m. in City Hall Annex, Room 100, 10455 Armstrong Street, Fairfax, Virginia, 22030, will hold a public hearing to consider the following:

Aa resolution authorizing the exercise of “quick-take” powers, to include the initiation of condemnation proceedings, for the acquisition of certain fee simple right(s)-of-way and easements, on various properties, for the Chain Bridge Road Sidewalk and Bus Stop Improvement Project (UPC 119089).
