Wherefore, plaintiff prays that she be granted a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the defendant on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart without cohabitation or interruption for more than one year since mAY 2023; that she be awarded sole legal and sole physical and custody of the parties' minor children Joshua and Natalie; that a final decree of divorce be entered and for any other remedy the court deem just and proper.
