ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The reason for this cause is to obtain the whereabouts of Sandra Park, having an interest in the real property located at 8550 Newington Forest Court, Springfield, Virginia 22153. If no such persons or heirs are located, the secondary purpose of this cause is to interplead funds from a foreclosure sale of the abovementioned property, further described as:

Lot 39, Section 1, Burgoyne Forest West, as the same appears duly dedicated, platted and recorded in Deed Book 4815, at page 739, among the land records of Fairfax County, Virginia.

Upon consideration whereof, this Order of Publication is granted, and it is ORDERED that any interested persons do appear here on or before November 12th, 2026, which date is no sooner than fifty (50) days after entry of this Order of Publication.

And it is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Washington Times newspaper, a newspaper having general circulation in the Springfield, Virginia.
