THIS CAUSE COMES BEFORE THE COURT upon Petition of Natalie T. Page, Executor for the Estate of Thomas Howard Rowen ("the Estate") for Entry and Publication of a Show Cause Order.

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that a report of the accounts of the Executor of the Estate, and the report of the demands against the Estate have been filed in the Clerk's Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification; and that this Order is a proper one, it is

ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 9th day of December 2026 AT 10:00 a.m. before this Court against payment and delivery of the Estate in accordance with Va. Code §64.2-528 and to decedent's distributees without refunding bonds. It is further

ORDERED that this Order shall be published in the Washington Times once a week for two successive weeks pursuant to Va. Code §64.2-556.
