ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to declare Shane Donahue dead after having been missing in excess of seven years per Virginia Code Section 61.2-2300.

It is ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in The Washington Times.

It is further ORDERED that a hearing on the Petition shall be held on December 4, 2026 at 10:30 am at which time the Court will hear evidence concerning the alleged absence of Shane Donahue and the circumstances and duration of such absence.
