NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at a meeting of the Fairfax County Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA), on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. at 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax VA 22035, the BZA will hold public hearings, at which time it will consider the following:

9:00 A.M. - Daniel C. Rich, TR and Mary L. Rich, TR of The Rich Family Trust, SP-2026-FR-00087 to permit a reduction in setback requirements to permit an addition 12.5 ft. from the rear lot line. 9:00 A.M. - Abd Al-Muhssin H. El-Yacoubi and Amna S. Ali, SP-2026-DR-00072 to permit modifications to the limitations on the provisions for the keeping of animals (chickens). Located at 7138 Taylor Rd. on 11,357 sq. ft. of land zoned R-4. Dranesville District. Tax Map 40-1 ((15)) 6.
