NOTICE

In accordance with Section 10-312 of the Annotated Code of Maryland and Montgomery County Code Chapter 11B.45.01, Montgomery County, Maryland, announces that it proposes to dispose through long-term lease an approximately 20-acre portion of the closed Gude Landfill at 600 East Gude Drive in Rockville to Community Power Group LLC for a 5-megawatt (MW) solar photovoltaic project. Annual lease payments of $5,000 per acre will be made to the County, and the rate will increase by 1.25% per year.
