SECURITY CAMERA INSTALLATION & UPGRADES

The District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA), Information Technology Division (ITD) Systems seeks qualified contractor to furnish, install, integrate, test, and warrant 1,162 fixed and multi-sensor IP security cameras and 49 license plate recognition (LPR) cameras across 33 DCHA properties. The work expands and standardizes video surveillance at public housing sites to improve resident safety, deter crime, and support incident investigation by DCHA's Office of Public Safety (OPS). DCHA's Information Technology Division (ITD) operates the enterprise network and video management system (VMS) the new devices must join. All devices become DCHA property and DCHA-managed network assets upon acceptance. Work covers 33 properties: 1,162 cameras and 49 LPRs. Quantities are DCHA's planning estimates; the contractor shall confirm them in each Site Survey Report, and any change in quantity is priced only through the unit prices in the Pricing Structure and a CO-issued modification.
