The object of this suit is to obtain a. divorce from the bonds of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground of living separate and apart continuously without cohabitation for more than one year pursuant to Virginia Code Section 20-91(A)(9).

An Affidavit having been filed showing that the Defendant, Cecy Grajales Muga, is a non-resident of Virginia and that her current whereabouts and post office address are unknown, with her last known address being Canchas de Cielito Lindo, Km 116 Alden Cerro Gordo, Jutiapa, Jutiapa, frente a, Jutiapa 22001, Guatemala; It is ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before the 20th day of November, 2026, and do what is necessary to protect her interests. It is further ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Examiner (or other Arlington County prescribed newspaper of general circulation), a newspaper prescribed by law.
