SHOW CAUSE ORDER

IT APPEARING that a report of the accounts of Brent E. Baxter, Executor of the Estate of Gilbert Perez Ysais, deceased, and of debts and demands against his estate, have been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executor, on the motion of the personal representative, it is

ORDERED that creditors of, and all others interested in the estate do show cause, if any they can, at 9:30 a.m. on the 13th day of November, 2026, before the Court at its Courtroom, against payment and delivery of the Estate of Gilbert Perez Ysais, deceased, to the legatees without requiring refunding bonds.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week doe two (2) successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper circulated in the County of Arlington, Virginia.
