REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Student Information System (SIS)

LAYC Career Academy, in accordance with section 2204 (c) of the District of Columbia School Reform Act of 1995, solicits proposals for the following services:

. Student Information System (SIS)

LAYC Career Academy is seeking competitive bids for a single firm to provide, implement, migrate, integrate, train, and support a modern SIS for School Year 2027-28 and beyond. The selected SIS will serve as LAYCCA's authoritative system of record for student and academic information, replacing LAYCCA's current enrollment/re-enrollment process. LAYC Career Academy enrolls up to 200 adult learners and has an annual budget of approximately $5M.

Interested parties will state their credentials and qualifications and provide appropriate licenses, references, certifications, insurances, proposed costs, and work plan. Please include any pertinent disclosures that may be present.
