The above watercraft is currently in the possession of Belle Haven Marina, Inc. If the watercraft is not claimed and removed within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice, Belle Haven Marina, Inc. will apply to the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources for a Certificate of Title pursuant to Virginia Code § 29.1-733.25.
