The object of this action is to obtain a judgement against Defendant for her breach of the parties' Property and Support Settlement Agreement ("Settlement Agreement") and the Stock Put and Call Agreement executed by the parties as required by the Settlement Agreement, as well as an award of attorney fees and costs incurred in enforcing the Settlement Agreement.

It appearing by affidavit that Defendant's current address and present whereabouts are unknown, and diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiff to ascertain in what county or city the Defendant is and/or resides without effect, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before December 10, 2026, and protect her interests herein;

And it is further ORDERED that the above paragraphs be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Washington Times, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Fairfax. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse and shall mail a copy of this Order to the defendant at the post office address, if any, given in the affidavit of the plaintiff filed herein.
