The object of this lawsuit is to seek relief from the Estate of Marilyn Pliska and/or the Unknown Heirs of Marilyn Pliska based on the claims filed on behalf of the Hallmark Condominium Heirs of Marilyn Pliska based on the claims filed on behalf of the Hallmark Condominium Unit Owners' Association, including for the costs of remediating the unit of Marilyn Pliska and the costs of pursing this action; and

IT APPEARING THAT an affidavit having been made and filed showing that defendants "Unknown Heirs of Marilyn Pliska" in the above-captioned action cannot be found as they are parties unknown to Plaintiff; it is hereby,

It further appearing that six months have elapsed since the qualification of the Administrator, it is therefore,

ORDERED THAT all Heirs of Marilyn Pliska are ordered to appear on or before January 15th, 2027 at 9:00am in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the City of Alexandria, Virginia, 15th, 2027 at 9:00 am in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the City of Alexandria, Virginia, after proper publication of this Order, to do what may be necessary to protect his or her interest in this cause.
