TITLE: Software Developer

EMPLOYER: CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc.

DUTIES: Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.

LOCATION: Fairfax, VA (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.)

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field and 5 years in any job title involving experience designing, coding, and testing of technical solution using JAVA/J2EE; Prior experience must include: 5 years of experience with Rest; 5 years of experience with Apache Tomcat; 4 years of experience with Spring; 4 years creating and executing unit, integration, and system test scripts; 4 years of experience with Struts and Hibernate; 3 years of experience with Model-View-Control and Data Transfer Object; and 2 years migrating legacy applications to microservices.

Must be willing to relocate to various unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S. All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may also include a drug screen depending on work assignment.
