TITLE: Software Developer

EMPLOYER: CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc.

DUTIES: CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Software Developer, and the job duties are as follows:

- Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software;

- Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards;

- Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system; and

- Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.

LOCATION: Fairfax, VA (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.)

REQUIREMENTS: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

- Working with Requirement Analysis; and

- Enhancing, developing, and maintaining different PL/SQL objects.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

- Working with Oracle database and SQL;

- Working with Unix Shell scripting;

- Working with Agile and Scrum methodology; and

- Java back-end development.

Must have 2 years of experience working with design to develop software.

Telecommuting permitted up to 75% from assigned location.

Must be willing to relocate to various unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S.
