TITLE: Software Developer

EMPLOYER: CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc.

DUTIES: CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Software Developer, and the job duties are as follows:

- Research, design, develop, and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software.

- Plan system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards.

- Evaluate interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system.

- Document testing and maintenance of system corrections.

LOCATION: Fairfax, VA (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.)

REQUIREMENTS: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT or business consulting industry.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

- Software development utilizing Unidata or Universe technologies; and

- Working with multi-value databases.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

- Utilizing UniQuery for Data Extractions and Reporting;

- Developing UniObjects interfacing with Java or J2EE environments;

- Working in Agile Development;

- Developing Webservices and monitoring XML or JSON outputs;

- Working with clients in the Healthcare industry; and

- Working on onshore and offshore delivery models.

Must be willing to relocate to various unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S.
