In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated July 26, 2006, in the original principal amount of $224,000.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Alexandria City, Virginia as Instrument No. 060019897. The undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for the City of Alexandria, 520 King Street, Alexandria, Virginia, on January 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows: CONDOMINIUM UNIT KNOWN AND DESCRIBED AS FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN (5915) MAYFLOWER COURT, UNIT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED ONE (301), OF THE MAYFLOWER SQUARE CONDOMINIUM (SECTION ONE(1)) AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION ESTABLISHING SAID CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 878 AT PAGE 140 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE CITY OF ALEXANDRIA VIRGINIA.
