Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated July 6, 2012, in the original principal amount of $561,263.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Alexandria, Virginia in Instrument No. 120014678, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on April 24, 2026, at 9:30 AM in front of the building housing the City of Alexandria Circuit Court, 520 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22314, the property designated as Condominium Unit No. 3, Phase 2, Beauregard Station, a condominium, in accordance with Chapter 4.2, Title 55 of the Code of Virginia (1950, as amended), known as the Virginia Condominium Act, with the underlying interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, pursuant to the Declaration, together with exhibits thereto, recorded August 25, 2008, as Instrument No. 080004960, and any and all amendments recorded subsequent thereto, among the land records of the City of Alexandria, Virginia, and any and all subsequent amendments thereto.
