Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated December 10, 2007, in the original principal amount of $75,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Arlington, Virginia, in Deed Book 4166, page 355Instrument No. 2008042016, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on August 6, 2025, at 1:00 PM in front of the building housing the Arlington County Circuit Court, 1425 North Courthouse Road, Arlington, VA 22201, the property designated as Condominium Unit Number 1336/14, a Condominium Unit in Westmoreland Terrace Condominium, pursuant to that certain Condominium Declaration recorded in Deed Book 2061, at Page 838 among the land records of Arlington County, Virginia. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $7,500.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale.
