Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated September 24, 2021, in the original principal amount of $620,564.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Arlington, Virginia in Instrument No. 20210100032548, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on December 16, 2025, at 11:15 AM in front of the building housing the Arlington County Circuit Court, 1425 North Courthouse Road, Arlington, Virginia 22201, the property designated as Lots 30 and 31, Block 39, of the Subdivision of Douglas Park (Douglass Park per recorded plat), as shown on the map dated February 9, 1924, attached to and recorded with a certain supplemental Deed of Trust from the Washington Development Corporation, et al., to […] Price and […] Dulaney, trustees, dated May 20, 1924, duly recorded among the land records of Arlington County, Virginia, in Deed Book 205 at page 569. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $62,500.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee.
