In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated September 7, 2004, in the original principal amount of $96,500.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Arlington County, Virginia, in Book 3761 at Page 2057 as Instrument No. 2004275167. The undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for the City of Alexandria, 520 King Street, Alexandria, Virginia, on July 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF ARLINGTON, STATE OF VA, TO-WIT: CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 7 (10), 1509 SOUTH GEORGE MASON DRIVE, IN GEORGE MASON VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND PLATS AND PLAN ATTACHED THERETO RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 2016, AT PAGE 1371, ET.
