Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated May 25, 2018, in the original principal amount of $209,182.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Arlington, Virginia in Instrument No. 20180100008968, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on August 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM in front of the building housing the Arlington County Circuit Court, 1425 North Courthouse Road, Arlington, Virginia 22201, the property designated as Condominium Unit 313, in Horizon House Condominium, Arlington County, Virginia, established pursuant to the Horizontal Property Act, as amended by the Condominium Act and described in the Condominium Declaration dated July 30, 1979, and recorded August 13, 1979, among the land records of Arlington County, Virginia in Deed Book 1994 at page 786, as amended in Deed Book 2001 at page 153. Together with a 120/44100 undivided interest in the Common Elements/Areas appurtenant as described in the aforesaid Declaration. Together with a parking space easement for space #336 on the Condominium plans. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises.
