Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated July 30, 2021, in the original principal amount of $606,355.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Fairfax, Virginia in Deed Book 27255, page 0359, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on May 7, 2024, at 1:15pm in front of the building housing the Fairfax County Circuit Court, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA 22030, the property designated as Unit 1108, Phase 11, Commonwealth Place at Westfields Condominium, as established by that certain declaration of condominium and exhibits recorded in Deed Book 25965 at Page 1319 as amended and restated in Deed Book 26375 at Page 643, and further amended in Book 27090 at Page 0003, among the land records of Fairfax County, Virginia. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. Sale will be subject to Right of Redemption be the Internal Revenue Service. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $60,500.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale.
