Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated December 22, 2021, in the original principal amount of $179,500.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Fairfax, Virginia, in Deed Book 27495, page 0271, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on December 3, 2024, at 1:15 PM in front of the building housing the Fairfax County Circuit Court, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA 22030, the property designated as 9457 Arlington Blvd., #301, of the Foxcroft Colony Condominium, as designated and described in the declaration establishing said condominium recorded among the land records of the county of Fairfax, Virginia, in Deed Book 4805, at page 626, as amended by the first amendment to the declaration recorded in Deed Book 4811, at page 815 and as corrected by corrective amendment to the first amendment recorded in Deed Book 4830, at page 574. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises.
