In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated April 9, 2005, in the original principal amount of $219,000.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Fairfax County, Virginia, in Book 17208 at Page 2070 as Instrument No. 2005016328.004.
