Trustee's Sale 3362 WHIPPLE CT, ANNANDALE, VA 22003 (Parcel ID: 0591 22 0054) Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated 3/4/2021, in the original principal amount of $432,030.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the Fairfax County, Virginia on 3/5/2021 as Instrument No. , in Deed Book 26940, at page 977, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on 5/21/2025 at 12:00 AM, Fairfax Circuit Court, at the front of the courthouse, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA 22030, the property designated as 3362 WHIPPLE CT, ANNANDALE, VA 22003, property of Michelle E Heller, unmarried woman, as the same appears duly platted and recorded in Deed Book No. 26940, Page 977, of the land records of Fairfax County. All that certain lot or parcel of land, with any and all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying, being and situated in: All of Lot 54. Section 2, Strathmeade Square. as the same appears duly dedicated, platted and recorded in Deed Book 3083 at Page 495, among the land records of Fairfax County, Virginia TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $43,203.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee.
