In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated October 12, 2018, in the original principal amount of $211,105.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Fairfax County, Virginia, in Book 25561 at Page 0939 as Instrument No. 2018058779.007. The undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Fairfax County, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA, on September 9, 2026, at 11:45 AM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows: ALL THOSE PREMISES COMPRISING CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 11-702, IN WOODLAKE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, AND THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN A CONDOMINIUM REGIME CONSTITUTED AND ESTABLISHED UNDER THE VIRGINIA CONDOMINIUM ACT, CHAPTER 4.2 OF TITLE 55 OF THE CODE OF VIRGINIA, 1950, BY A DECLARATION RECORDED NOVEMBER 6, 1980 IN DEED BOOK 5494 AT PAGE 1, AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA, AND AS THE SAME MAY BE LAWFULLY AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
