In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated September 30, 2004, in the original principal amount of $150,000.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Fairfax County, Virginia, in Book 16561 at Page 1052 as Instrument No. 2004039508.044. The undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Fairfax County, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA, on November 18, 2026, at 11:45 AM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows: ALL OF CONDOMINIUM UNIT 215, OF MCLEAN HOUSE, NORTH, PHASE I, CONDOMINIUM PROJECT, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE GENERAL AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS WHICH ATTACH TO SAID CONDOMINIUM UNIT, AS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN MASTER DEED WITH ATTACHED PLATS, SCHEDULES AND EXHIBITS DESIGNATING THE RELATIVE LOCATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF EACH UNIT AND COMMON ELEMENTS, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 4057 AT PAGE 136, AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA; AND AMENDMENTS TO MASTER DEED RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 4110 AT PAGE 262; IN DEED BOOK 4283 AT PAGE 180; IN DEED BOOK 4288 AT PAGE 504; IN DEED BOOK 4475 AT PAGE 258; AND IN DEED BOOK 5845 AT PAGE 218, AMONG THE SAID LAND RECORDS AND ANY FUTURE AMENDMENTS THERETO AS PERMITTED BY THE SAID MASTER DEED.
