Pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust (“Deed of Trust”) dated September 29, 2014, recorded October 3, 2014, at Book 23821 Page 1876, the real estate described below (the “Property”) will be offered for sale at public auction:
Lot 1, CALVERT OAKS, as the same appears duly dedicated, platted and recorded in Deed Book 16724, at Page 989, among the land records of Fairfax County, Virginia.

The sale will take place on Thursday, February 21, 2019, at 2:45 p.m. at the entrance to the Circuit Court for Fairfax County, Virginia, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22030.
TERMS: The purchase price in the form of immediately available funds shall be due and payable on the closing date. A deposit in the form of immediately available funds in the amount of 10% of the sales price may be required of the successful bidder at the time of sale. [The Substitute Trustee reserves the right to waive or modify the requirement with respect to the bidder’s deposit.] The successful bidder will be required to close within 20 days from the date of sale.
