The undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Prince William County, 9311 Lee Avenue, Manassas, Virginia, on December 18, 2024, at 9:45 AM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VIRGINIA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: UNIT 8-3B AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT GARAGE UNIT 8-3B, BUILDING 8, PHASE 2, THE COMMONS ON WILLIAM SQUARE CONDOMINIUM, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT ATTACHED TO THE DECLARATION RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NO. 200509220164354 AND ANY AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VIRGINIA.
