Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated July 20, 2018, in the original principal amount of $660,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince William, Virginia on July 25, 2018, as Instrument Number 201807250054710, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on January 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM, in front of the building housing the County of Prince William Circuit Court, 9311 Lee Avenue, Manassas, VA 20110, the property designated as Lot 8, Bristow Ridge, as duly dedicated, platted and recorded as Instrument No. 200503160041015 and shown on Plat recorded as Instrument No. 200503160041016, among the Land Records of Prince William County, Virginia. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. The property will be sold subject to the right of redemption of the Internal Revenue Service. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $66,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale.
