Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated September 22, 2022, in the original principal amount of $144,530.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince William, Virginia, in Instrument No. 202211300081725, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on April 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM in front of the building housing the Prince William County Circuit Court, 9311 Lee Avenue, Manassas, VA 20110, the property designated as Lot Four Hundred Seventy-One (471), Section Seven (7), Dale City, as the same appears duly dedicated, platted and recorded in Deed Book 460 at page 365, in the land records of Prince William County, Virginia. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $14,500.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale.
