Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated November 18, 2005, in the original principal amount of $385,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince William, Virginia on December 28, 2005, as Instrument Number 200512280220631, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on May 13, 2025 at 1:00 PM, in front of the building housing the County of Prince William Circuit Court, 9311 Lee Avenue, Manassas, VA 20110, the property designated as Lot 442A, Addition to Section 9F, DALE CITY, as the same appears duly dedicated, platted and recorded in Deed Book 1164, page 1297, resubdivided at Instrument No. 200206180077641, among the land records of County of Prince William, Virginia. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $38,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale.
