Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated April 21, 2006, in the original principal amount of $109,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince William, Virginia, in Instrument No. 200607270110782, reformed by Court Order recorded June 5, 2025, in Instrument No. 202506050031220 the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on October 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM in front of the building housing the Prince William County Circuit Court, 9311 Lee Avenue, Manassas, VA 20110, the property designated as Lot 45, Section 6, Phase 1, Forest Park, as the same appears duly dedicated, platted and recorded in Instrument Number 200412160212707, among the land records of Prince William County, Virginia. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $8,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale.
