Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated December 23, 2021, in the original principal amount of $556,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince William, Virginia in Instrument No. 202112290141915, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on January 13, 2026, at 1:00 PM in front of the building housing the Prince William County Circuit Court, 9311 Lee Avenue, Manassas, VA 20110, the property designated as Lot 64, Section 8, Piedmont South, as the same is duly dedicated in Instrument Number 200405040075029 and as shown on a corresponding plat as Instrument Number 200405040075030, both recorded among the land records of Prince William County, Virginia. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $55,500.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale.
