In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated January 26, 2007, in the original principal amount of $335,200.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Loudoun County, Virginia as Instrument No. 20070130-0007790 and pursuant to an Order entered by the Loudoun County Circuit Court on April 25, 2022 and recorded as Instrument Number 20220426-0025105, Equity Trustees, LLC will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Loudoun County, 18 E. Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia on October 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows:
