Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated May 26, 2023, in the original principal amount of $50,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Loudoun, Virginia in Instrument No. 20230609-0022080, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on October 7, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. in front of the building housing the Loudoun County Circuit Court, the main entrance to the Loudoun County Circuit Court, 18 East Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia 20178, the property designated as Lot 287, Section 5-B, Sugarland Run Subdivision, as the same is duly dedicated, platted and recorded in Deed Book 559, at page 478, and Map Book 13, page 50 through 55, among the land records of Loudoun County, Virginia. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $5,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee.
