Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated May 25, 2023, in the original principal amount of $200,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Loudoun, Virginia, in Instrument No. 20230602-0021152, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on January 6, 2024, at 10:00 AM in front of the building housing the Loudoun County Circuit Court, the main entrance to the Loudoun County Circuit Court, 18 East Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia 20178, the property designated as Parcel 62, as shown on Boundary Line Adjustment Plat (sheet 2 of 2) by Wolford & Chen, P.C. dated December 1, 1999, revised through June 13, 2000, recorded in Plat Cabinet E, slot 707, pages 1 and 2, and attached to Deed of Dedication and Boundary Line Adjustment recorded in Deed Book 1792, at page 1567, all among the land records of Loudoun County, Virginia. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $20,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale.
