All that certain lot or parcel of land, with all rights and privileges thereto appurtenant and all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Chancellor Magisterial District, Spotsylvania County, Virginia, and shown and described as Lot 39, Huntington Meadows, on that certain plat of subdivision made by Webb and Associates, dated June 5, 2002, as last revised and recorded in the Clerk`s Office of the Circuit Court of Spotsylvania County, Virginia, as Instrument Number LR 200200025841.

TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $28,160.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee.
