Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated May 22, 2020, in the original principal amount of $252,200.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Loudoun, Virginia on May 22, 2020, as Instrument Number 20200522-0037525, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on June 26, 2025 at 10:00 AM, in front of the building housing the County of Loudoun Circuit Court, 18 East Market Street, Leesburg, VA 20178, the property designated as Unit Number 278, in the Condominium project identified as PEMBROOKE OF LOUDOUN CONDOMINIUM (the Condominium), as the same appears duly dedicated, platted and recorded in Deed Book 1189, as Page 1133, among the Land Records of Loudoun County, Virginia. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $25,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale.
