Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated June 10, 2016, in the original principal amount of $297,511.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Loudoun, Virginia in Instrument No. 20160613-0035500, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on November 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM in front of the building housing the Loudoun County Circuit Court, 18 East Market Street, Leesburg, VA 20178, the property designated as Lot one hundred seventy-eight (178), Section five-A, Sugarland Run, as the same appears duly dedicated, platted and recorded in Deed Book 546 at Page 112 (erroneously stated in previous deed as page 117), among the Land Records of Loudoun County, Virginia. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $30,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale.
